If the FAQ's on this website do not help in answering your questions, Virtual Voice™ maintains a 24-hour help desk ticketing system for our customers. As a Virtual Weatherman™ client you can access this through your own personal web-control panel. But anyone can ask questions of us directly as well by going to www.virtualvoice.info/helpdesk and opening a support ticket. Normal response time is within the hour for active clients, and within 6-12 hours for non-clients.
